| samenvatting: | The intention of this report is to outline the results from that follow-up survey and the conclusions from the Precidency conference "Healthy Ageing in Europe - lessons learnt and ways forward". A conference that gathered actors in Europe in order to share experiences and discuss ways forward within areas of policy, practice and research. The report is aimed at actors within European Union Member States as well as the Commission and Non Governmental Organisations who are working with promoting healthy ageing. The first part of the report outlines the background of the Healthy Ageing project and the importance of conducting a follow-up survey. The second part sets out in more detail findings of the survey. Finally, the last part of the report highlights the main conclusions and the most important means to move forward. |
